Service Description

Work with you individually to determine energy imbalances in your system and different ways to heal energetically. To connect to who you are on a higher level, and how to clean and clear your own energy field on a regular basis. In Energy Coaching, my clients will discover what they wish to heal within themselves, and then how to heal using various techniques that I coach you in such as meditation, emotional freedom technique (tapping), chakra balancing, breath-work, healing crystals, and grounding techniques. An energy maintenance self care plan will be created to fit your needs so you can continue healing your energy outside of coaching sessions. Multiple sessions may be needed for best results.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy You must make any cancellations and make booking changes 48 hours before the appointment to receive a full refund. You will not receive a refund if you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your session. If you need to change your booking in advance, please do so before 48 hours of the appointment to avoid being charged the full fee for that booked session time. We do not of a refund if you find the energy session did not work for you. I appreciate your understanding.
