Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver universal energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. This energy is not limited by distance. Therefore, sessions can be done without clients being physically present. We are all connected, as we are all universal energy matter and part of a larger whole. Preparing for your session Create a peaceful environment, whether that is going outside at work and finding a park bench in the sun, or sitting under a tree. If you're at home, sit in your favourite meditation space, a beautiful spot in your backyard, or lie on your bed if you feel like a rest. Sit peacefully for 5-10 minutes before connecting with your practitioner online for your session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy You must make any cancellations and make booking changes 48 hours before the appointment to receive a full refund. You will not receive a refund if you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your session. If you need to change your booking in advance, please do so before 48 hours of the appointment to avoid being charged the full fee for that booked session time. We do not of a refund if you find the energy session did not work for you. I appreciate your understanding.
